4.4 If the recipient is unavailable upon delivery, we may contact them to reschedule or leave the item with someone else (with permission).
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. A full refund may be issued for valid cancellations.
5.2 No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details.
5.3 In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with our product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or partial refund, subject to review.
